Flex Pack Frequently Asked Questions
2026 Flex Packs
We're excited to announce the availability of Flex Packs for the 2026 regular season.
As always: there are no refunds, no exchanges, and no post-facto-discounts. If you have any questions or doubts, stop, do not order, and instead email us with your questions, at tickets@oaklandballers.com.
Please read this entire page about restrictions, how it works, etc., before purchasing.
Benefits
Savings: Lower cost than buying individual tickets. Our 24-Packs have an average savings of 24% off regular ticket price as of Nov 12, 2025. Pricing subject to change.
Early Access: Early access to redeem for opening day and regular season single-game tickets, before they go on sale to the general public.
Game Choice: Flex Packs allow you to redeem your tickets in any configuration you desire. For example, buy a 24-pack and redeem them for one game at a time, or use all of them on one game. Flex Packs are your solution for maximum fan flexibility. Buy a 24-pack and use it in any configuration you want: 1 ticket to 24 games, or 2 tickets to 12 games, or 3 tickets to 8 games, or any combo that adds up to 24 tickets. Redeem before the season or throughout the season, it's up to you.
Giftable: You can gift the whole pack (but not partial packs) -- a great gift for the holidays.
Better Process than Last Year: Whoa, last year's flex pack system was complicated right? This year's process is much simpler, with no promo codes, no decisions about what ticket-type to redeem for, etc. It'll feel like shopping for tickets, but you'll see zero-dollar tickets when you're logged in. The key will simply be: make sure you're logged in.
What is a Flex Pack?
A Flex Pack lets the purchaser (or whoever you gift/transfer the Pack to) redeem for tickets to any 2026 regular season home game. It lets you lock in a discounted price by buying in volume, and then have the flexibility to choose which games you want to go to later. You could use them all up on seats to Opening Day, or you could redeem every week for a few seats to each homestand. It's totally up to you. Once you redeem for a specific game, you can transfer those specific game tickets to others via email.
How Redemption Will Work
Redemptions will begin sometime in March 2026. It might be sooner than that. Until that point, you will not be able to redeem your flex pack, because there will be no individual game tickets for sale or available for redemption.
To redeem, go to tickets.oaklandballers.com and sign-in in the upper right corner, using the exact same email address you used to buy your flex pack, or, if you received a flex pack as a gift, the exact email address where you received and accepted the transfer.
Browse specific games per usual, and shop for tickets like normal. You'll see zero-dollar tickets in the section you have the gift pack for. Select the seats you want and "checkout" for zero dollars, without using a credit card.
Have multiple gift packs? If they're in different sections, it'll prompt you to choose which section you're shopping for.
The process for 2026 Flex Packs is based on who you are (being logged in), and how many tickets you've redeemed -- not the dollar value of the pack you purchased. So the system is much simpler.
There are new restrictions, so be sure to read on:
Restrictions
There are a number of restrictions with Flex Packs -- many of them are NEW this year -- so please read all of the restrictions carefully.
- Only good for 2026 regular-season home games at Raimondi Park.
- Cannot be used for post-season games (i.e. playoffs, etc).
- Flex Packs do not roll over. Use them for 2026 regular season, or lose them.
- You cannot redeem until the redemption period begins, we anticipate that happening sometime in March 2026. The last day to redeem is the day before the last home game of the regular season.
- NEW: 2026 Flex Packs for Bleacher Reserved will be limited to Sections E and F which are along the 1st base line.
- NEW: You can only gift/transfer an entire pack -- not individual flex tickets.
- NEW: You cannot gift/transfer packs after Feb 1, 2026.
- NEW: You can only redeem for 4 tickets at a time. Need more for a game? Make an additional redemption order.
- NEW: There will not be any web-page that shows you your balance of remaining flex tickets. We recommend tracking your flex pack balance independently. We anticipate being able to email you your remaining Flex Pack balance periodically and/or after every redemption order. We can't guarantee what that will look like, but we're obsessed with getting you a system so that you know your flex pack balance. Our early tests of emails sent to you with the balance are very promising.
- NEW: Note that if you wish to purchase additional tickets without using up redemptions on your Flex Pass, this is possible. Paid tickets would need to be purchased in a separate transaction. The key here is you need to be LOGGED OUT of your account, prior to making the purchase. If you're logged out when shopping, tickets will have an associated cost. Note that if you have remaining valid Flex tickets you wish to redeem, you'll need to log back into the site to get back to the $0 tickets and process them in their own transaction.
- We reserve the right to allow Flex Pack holders to redeem into a section that is usually sold at a lower price, for use if the customer chooses to take advantage of it. For example, Someone with a Premium Reserved Section A flexpack -- we may allow you to redeem into Sections B/C, into Bleacher Reserved Sections, and even into GA, if we choose to allow that. If, as a customer, you choose to redeem for a lower price section, you are not entitlted to any refund, nor any credit, nor any kind of make-good. You acknowledge that you are using up a full credit for every seat you redeem, no matter what section you redeem into.
- We reserve the right to cancel transactions that violate our terms and conditions or exceed purchased flex-pack sizes
About Transferring Individual Tickets
You cannot transfer individual flex tickets. Unlike last year, we have a further restriction this year: you can only gift/transfer the entire Pack -- you cannot transfer parts of it. There is no transferring of individual flex tickets.
However, you can, once individual game tickets are available for redeeming, redeem for a specific game date, and then transfer that specific ticket to someone.
Game Dates For the Season
We do not have the schedule of games yet for 2026. Our season runs roughly from mid to late May to early September. We don't know yet if we'll open the regular season at home in Oakland, nor if we'll close at home.
About ADA
The Flex Packs can also be redeemed per the normal purchase process for ADA seats.
There are no refunds, no exchanges, and no post-facto-discounts. If you have any questions or doubts: stop, do not order, and instead email us with your questions, at tickets@oaklandballers.com.
QUESTIONS
- Can Flex Pack tickets be used for parking?
- No -- Flex Packs are only good for the specific ballpark seating sections in the name of the Flex Pack.
- What do I do about parking?
- You can buy parking access tickets when single games go on sale closer to the season, and/or buy a Full or Half Season parking-access ticket now. There are no Flex Packs of parking-access-tickets.
- I want to gift 12 tickets each to my two nephews. Can I buy a 24 pack, and gift half the pack to one person, and the other half to another person?
- Not really. In 2026, unlike last year, Flex Packs can ONLY be gifted/transffered at the Pack level. Not at the flex-ticket level. It's all or nothing. So there is no easy way to buy one pack and gift out portions of it. You CAN, once redemptions are open closer to the season, redeem your pack for specific games and then transfer those specific-game-tickets to whoever you like. But in this hypothetical scenario, your nephews would have to go through you to redeem tickets for specific games. Which might be fine!
- I got busy or sick and couldn't use my Flex Pack very much or at all. Can I use it for playoff games or roll it over to the next season?
- No, we're so sorry -- Flex Packs are use-them-or-lose-them -- they are good for the Regular Season only, and then are expired. They cannot be used for post-season games, and they do not roll over to future seasons.
- Is it true I can only redeem for 4 tickets at a time?
- Yes, that's true. If you need more than 4 tickets to a game, just make an addition redemption order.
- Why don't I see a digital wallet or PDF printing capabiity for my Flex Pack?
- Beacuse it isn't a ticket that grants you access to any games. It just lets you redeem for tickets for specific games. Once you have redeemed for specific games, those game tickets will have Digital Wallet, and PDF options.
